Apply or spray on and massage in until the liniment has been absorbed.
NOTE! Be careful when bandaging animals. Improper use can have a blistering effect.
Dosage
The amount of liniment is highly individual. Lubricate with some care and increase the amount for greater effect. The heat comes after about 10 minutes, so take it easy in the beginning before you learn how the liniment works best.
