Payment and prices
All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.
We offer the following payment methods:
PayPal
Available to customers with a credit card, bank account or PayPal balance. With a PayPal account you can pay quickly and easily, securely online without having to enter your financial details. With PayPal you can easily transfer money in all currencies without borders.
Credit card
Available for Visa and MasterCard. You can pay easily and securely. In addition, purchases made with your credit card are often insured against theft, loss or damage.
iDEAL
Available for consumers who use online banking with ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, RegioBank, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers and SNS Bank.

Deliveries and returns
We offer the following delivery methods:
Free shipping on orders over 129 EUR. Delivery within 2-7 days.
Terms of delivery are also stated at checkout under each delivery method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to each item. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions when it is impossible to complete the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder is unable to fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
Returns
Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not against cash on delivery. Inquiries about returns must be informed to info@vetprovide.se.
Uncollected packages will be charged a cost of EUR 30, which corresponds to return shipping.
14 days withdrawal
We follow the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without stating any reason. You regret your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The article must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in original box.
If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the item being returned being less valuable, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's depreciation on the amount to be refundable. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the article as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the article. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item.
