DAX Alcogel is an unscented hand disinfectant in gel form. The disinfection gel is effective against bacteria, many different types of viruses such as cold viruses. Hand disinfection prevents the spread of infection in the home during periods of flu, cold, winter vomiting or during the trip when there is no access to soap and water. Can be used in healthcare, dentistry, geriatric care and the food sector.
DAX Alcogel is based on ethanol with 85% alcohol by volume. The disinfectant gel contains glycerin which moisturizes the skin. The hand disinfectant is absorbed quickly by the skin, does not stick and is adapted for frequent use. Tested and approved according to European standard for hand disinfection (EN1500). DAX products are well-proven and market leaders in hand disinfection and have been used in Swedish healthcare for over 30 years.

Routine use of hand disinfection is important to reduce the spread of infection both within and outside care. Before use, hands should be washed clean of visible dirt. Then thoroughly massage in plenty of disinfectant on dry hands for 30 seconds until the skin is dry. The skin should be moist throughout the disinfection phase. Then allow to air dry. Dosage 3 milliliters / time
DAX Alcogel comes in a smaller plastic bottle that contains 75 milliliters of gel and is closed with a disctop lid. The smaller bottle can advantageously be taken in the bag or pocket during the day.
